Summer Project for young people with disabilities.

Signposts works in partnership with a range of local organisations and specialist schools to provide a programme of activities for young people with a range of disabilities - this work was formerly undertaken by the Lancaster Integration Group.

Young people access both on site and off site activities which include arts and crafts, drama, music, morevement, sensory experiences and trips to mainstream activity providers across Lancashire, Cumbria and Yorkshire.

We worked with young people aged 5-25 and recruited a team of specialist staff to deliver the programme.
