to address the effects of a transient lifestyle on children’s development and family stability within the communities of the Preston area.
Objectives:
- To enable families to sustain a settled life within their community
- To promote regular school attendance and seek to achieve overall improved
educational performance
- To reduce health inequalities in children and young people
To address crime committed by and directed at children and young people
- To be an all-inclusive service involving families in activities and
decision making
- To be a service that is friendly, accessible and confidential
