Food Bank at Christmas

In the run up to Christmas we launched an appeal for toys which we would be able to deliver to families, many who had nothing.

As a response to the appeal, we had hundreds of toys which our volunteers were able to pack up ready for handing out. An example of generosity from the community is highlighted by 2 children came with their dad to donate some toys. They had heard of the appeal and decided they wanted to use some of their own Christmas money to buy toys to give to other children.
